A Saved View turns a one-off configuration into a persistent, shareable asset, something a team can return to, build on, and align around over time. For organizations tracking dozens of regulatory areas across multiple markets, this is a meaningful step forward in how monitoring work gets organized and scaled.
As teams grow and monitoring programs expand, the number of Saved Views can rapidly multiply. To keep things manageable, users can filter the Saved Views list by name, number of regulatory updates, owner's email address, and creation date, making it easy to locate the right View in seconds, even in busy, multi-user environments.
Every Saved View has a clear owner. Users can only delete the Views they personally created, which protects shared teamwork while keeping the workspace tidy. It's a deliberate design decision that reflects how regulatory monitoring actually happens in practice: collaboratively, with multiple stakeholders relying on the same setups.
